No 2 Sea Buckthorn, Dill & Cucumber combines the refreshing taste of dill with the rounded sea buckthorn and mild cucumber in a flavor explosion that goes great with herring or crayfish. The combination is our take on a schnapps for New Nordic cooking.

Flavorful, fruity and rounded

Sea buckthorn is often found in areas close to the sea and thrives in calcareous soil, making the Nordic latitudes the perfect habitat. And therefore the perfect companion to a Nordic schnapps from Bornholm Spirits. Sea buckthorn comes in the form of bushes and branches that can grow up to 6 meters. A single berry contains more vitamin C than an entire orange and therefore has a high nutritional content, which makes it a great addition to our sea buckthorn schnapps. However, that's not the only reason to bring this amazing product into the kitchen, sea buckthorn is full of flavor and can, under the right conditions, provide a nice and rounded experience for the consumer. That's why we here at Bornholm Spirits have experimented and developed our Sea Buckthorn schnapps, with what we believe is the right result.
