The innovative chef Casper Sobczyk, also known as the butter chef from Sunshine Lake, is the man behind Special Edition 1 - Rhubarb and Star Anise. Special Edition 1 brings the Danish summer country together in a unique and sensual taste experience, and gets its beautiful pink color from the sun-ripened rhubarb. Special Edition 1 can be drunk as it is. The sweet schnapps can also be mixed into desserts or used as part of Casper's signature cocktail: The King of Denmark.
